At ISE 2026 in Barcelona, Noro Co-founder and Head of Product Didier Perrot sat down with Startups Magazine to talk about what we’re building and why traditional video conferencing still leaves a gap for distributed teams.
Didier walks through some of the core ideas behind Noro, including life-size presence, natural eye contact, immersive audio, and the separation of human connection from shared digital content. The goal is simple: help people working across different locations feel less like they are on a video call and more like they are actually sharing a space.
As Startups Magazine summarized it, Noro is designed to make distributed and hybrid teams “feel as if they are working together in the same physical space.”
Following ISE, the publication also selected Noro as a top startup from ISE 2026, alongside other emerging technologies from across the AV industry.
